Deans Sprinkler

I had an appoinment this morning (6/24/09) with Dean's Sprinkler Service. I'm writing to say thank you for such great service. This is the first time in many years I've had any confidence in a sprinkler company. My service technician was Joe C. He called before he came in, he was on time, he worked hard and efficiently and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Joe was able to figure out the problem with my sprinkler system, repair it and do serveral minor adjustments to get the system running well.I am so.greatful you can't believe it. My system has not worked right for several years and I've had nemerous people out here to try and fix it. It was great to have someone so skilled and helpful as Joe.I'll be calling you for all my future needs with sprinkler serivce and would be happy to recommend you to any of my friends/neighbors.thanks again and please tell Joe how much I appreciated his knowledge and he

Dean's installed a sprinkler system in my about two months ago and it has worked great. They just came out to winterize it and the technician was very nice. Any time I have ever called in, someone answered the phone and was very helpful.

Thanks Dean's Sprinkler Service for always doing a phenomenal job on servicing my sprinklers, I will never use another company! I am going to tell all my friends about your wonderful service

Repairman was in a rush, spent 10 minutes at the house did a good job on the items he worked on but missed several problems with the sprinklers and took forever to get them back out to do the job right the second time -- I would never use them again.

Watch out for the $10 fuel surcharge - even when the distance is very short -- it is just a trick to take more money from the customers.

I am VERY dissapointed with Dean's Sprinkler Service. I initially recieved an estimate from them regarding having a new sprinkler system put in and although the price seemed high they said how great the service was, etc. I went with them because they said they could get the job done in a timely manner. THEY DIDNT! The job was poor and it took forever. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! They are both overpriced and not efficient !
