Kasey has been my hair designer for many years. I never have to worry about my hair. It always looks great. I receive compliments all the time on the color and cut of my hair. Lilly does wonders with skin care. My face looks younger evey time I have a facial done. My hands and feet look fabulous because Jennifer is a fabulous nail tech. I use all of the services at the Salon and I would never go anywhere else. Everyone at the Salon is very professional and knowlegeable. Fun experienceI recommend Chez Elle Salon to everyone.

Kasey has been my hairstylist for 8 years, I have followed her from 3 different Salons. I am so happy to come to Chez Elle Salon & Spa. I've always had the best service, not to mention a wonderful experiance when I sit in her chair. The staff couldn't be more helpful. P.S. they have an out of this world tea bar with dried fruit to munch on during your service.

I can't ever imagine going to another salon. The staff is so great. They always welcome me, and try to squeeze me in (last minute). He, He. I watched the Salon be built from a small home to the vivacious Salon it is today. I felt like I was part of the journey. Welcome to Lakewood Chez Elle. Lucy38 must have picked up a penny that was on tails that day because when I came for my appointment it was not only the greatest hair cut I had ever had, but the staff was just as helpful. When they were done with my hair cut (by the way, I also got the best head massage during my shampoo) the receptionist made it convenient to my schedule for when I would be able to come in for my next appointment. They also provide the best products for your hair, especially for the type of weather that can occur in Colorado. Three words to explain: Friendly, Knowledgeable, Satisfied.

I continually leave this salon feeling refreshed and relaxed. I'm promptly greeted at the door and asked for a drink and my hair ALWAYS turns out great! The stylist listen and are creative, and each one of them have outstanding customer service. Chez Elle is clean and presentable, a mixture of modern and classic style which makes you feel comfortable and at home. I have an overall wonderful salon that I will return to again and again!

Kacey cut my hair and it was a reasonably nice haircut, however her front desk staff is atrocious. I tried numerous times to make an appt. with her and everytime I ended up trying to schedule with an incredibly rude person. It is absolutely not worth being treated poorly for a reasonably good haircut. For the amount the salon charges, they really should invest in phone/customer service training for their staff. I unfortunately am going to go elsewhere.
